Tickets

  1. When ordering tickets via Theatre’s own websites or Ticket website, please read the relevant Terms & Conditions for each website prior to purchasing your Ticket.

  2. A valid Ticket must be produced to get into an Event.

  3. It is your responsibility to check your Ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your Ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact the Venue / Theatre / ticket agent immediately if there is a mistake.

  4. We will not be responsible for any Ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. Any queries regarding Tickets purchased from Venues / Theatres / ticket agents must be directed back to the relevant Venue / Theatre / ticket agent.

  5. We reserve the right to provide alternative seats at an Event to those specified on the Ticket if the staging of the Event reasonably requires, provided they are of no less value to that stated on the Ticket.

  6. Children aged one year and under do not need a ticket if they will be sat on your knee throughout the performance.

 

Arrival Time

  1. Please check what time doors open prior to the show with the Theatre, Venue or directly with Jurassic Earth.

  2. As a guide, General Admission Tickets access is 30 minutes prior to show time. VIP Ticket access is 60 minutes prior to show time.

  3. Meet and greet with the baby dinosaurs and cast members takes place 60 minutes PRIOR to the show.

 

Performances

  1. We encourage you to take photos and videos at this event so you have ever-lasting memories. If you do so, please tag us @HireDinosaurs and using Hashtag #JurassicEarth N.B. By tagging / hash-tagging us in your photos you give your permission for us to use your photo for promotional purposes on our Social Media and Website. In addition, you consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself in the audience.

  2. We may photograph and video the performance for our own promotional purposes, including Social Media and website. If you prefer NOT to be featured in any promotional material, please let staff know on arrival at the venue.

  3. The Management of the venue at which the Performance is taking place and/or the promoter of the Performance each reserve the right to:

  • make alterations to the advertised details of the Performance (including cast members) and make alterations to the script or the content of any particular Performance at any time up to and including and during the Performance.

  • refuse admission to you in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a Ticket is void.

  • request latecomers to await admission until a suitable time in the Performance;

  • refuse re-admission to those leaving during the Performance; and

  • request that you leave the Performance if you behave in a way that is likely to affect the enjoyment of other visitors e.g.

    1. using threatening or abusive language

    2. behave in a manner that may provoke a breach of peace.

    3. in the reasonable opinion of the Venue / Theatre is under the influence of drugs or has consumed an excessive amount of alcohol.

    4. obstruct aisles, access ways, exits, entrances or staircases.

 

N.B. Children must be supervised at all times and supervision of children shall be by not less than 1 adult per 10 children. The Management reserves the right to ask parents / supervisors to remove children if, in the opinion of the Management, they are causing a disturbance.

Special Circumstances

  1. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation of a performance prior to the performance.

  2. If, prior to the commencement of the performance, the event is cancelled or postponed to a later date, we will contact you and any refunds will be made by the Third Party only, unless the Third Party makes such monies available to us; the face value of the ticket only will be refunded.

  3. The placing of an order by you, by whichever website or means, will constitute your consent to that Third Party passing on your details to Jurassic Earth to fulfil your booking.

  4. Such tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of that Third Party, which you are advised to check as they may vary, and, in the particular case of outdoor events, may include restrictions on barbecues, picnics, tents or umbrellas.

  5. No tickets sold by a Third Party can be exchanged, refunded or returned except with the express authority of the Third Party.

  6. Where the Performance is scheduled to take place, whether indoor or outdoor, you should assume (unless notified otherwise) that the Performance will not be cancelled or postponed in the event of inclement weather conditions.

  7. No refunds will be given if you are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather conditions. The cast and crew travel throughout the UK in all weather so as not to disappoint audiences. Please allow additional travel time when weather is inclement.

  8. If you have any complaints, these should be directed to the Jurassic Earth team or the host Venue prior to or during the Performance so we can seek to remedy the situation.

 

Event Cancellations and Alterations

  1. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you once we have received the relevant information and authorisation from the Venue / Theatre / Ticket Agent; if you booked online, we will use the account details you provided. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling or alteration before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event.

  2. It is your responsibility to inform the Venue / Theatre / Ticket Agent of any change to the contact address, telephone number or email address you provided at the time of ordering.

  3. Cancellation: If an event for which you have purchased Tickets or Packages is cancelled in full (and not rescheduled), your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded the Sale Price of your Tickets (Service Charges and Order Processing Fees may be non-refundable – please check with the Venue / Theatre / Ticket Agent).

  4. Rescheduling: If an event for which you have purchased Tickets or Packages is rescheduled, Tickets will usually be valid for the new date. If you notify the venue / theatre ticket agent within the specified deadline that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you will be able to cancel your order and obtain a refund of the Sale Price of your Tickets (Service Charges and Order Processing Fees are often non-refundable – please check with the Venue / Theatre / Ticket Agent). Failure to notify us within any specified deadline that you are unable to attend the rescheduled event will be deemed to be a reconfirmation of your order for Tickets for the rescheduled event, and you will not be able to claim a refund.

  5. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk. Unless otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions, our liability in connection with the Event (including, but not limited to, in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or change to the programme of the Event), shall be limited to the Ticket price paid by you excluding any ticket protection purchased and the per transaction booking fee, collection or delivery fee.

 

Health and Safety

  1. Ticket holders must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and Venue regulations whilst attending the Event.

  2. If Ticket holders have any special requirements or concerns about any special effects which may be featured at the Event, prior notice should be provided when ordering Tickets. Special effects may include, without limitation, sound, audio visual, pyrotechnic effects or lighting effects.

  3. Please note, all patrons attend a performance entirely at their own risk and Jurassic Earth, nor its third-party promoters and producers will be held responsible for any potential spread of Covid-19’.

 

Force Majeure

  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, ‘Force Majeure’ means any cause beyond Our control including, without limitation, act of God, war, insurrection, riot, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, theft of essential equipment, malicious damage, strike, lock out, weather, third party injunction, national defence requirements, acts or regulations of national or local governments.

  2. We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver or supply tickets you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any failure to commence or complete any Performance or for any damage or defect or loss arising from any tickets provided or the execution of any Performance that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

 

Liability

  1. Although we will do our best to correct any errors or omissions on our part as quickly as practicable after being notified of them, we do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions, howsoever caused and we reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed performance at any time.

  2. We do not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access a Third Party website or any failure to complete a booking on a website.

  3. We do not accept any liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract or otherwise arising out of the use of a Third Party website.

  4. We will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury arising from our negligence) up to a maximum total of the price of the tickets or other goods or services purchased in respect of any claim.

  5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or other type of liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited.

 

Website

  1. We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of or access of our website by any other method after such change or amendment (without your specific review of our terms and conditions listed on our website or available elsewhere) shall be deemed to confirm your acceptance of any such change or amendment. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly to determine whether any such amendment has been made. If you do not wish to be bound by any revised terms and conditions, you should stop using and accessing our website or ordering tickets by any other method.

 

Entire Agreement

  1. These terms and conditions set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of tickets or services to you by us. These terms and conditions cannot be varied except in writing signed by one of our directors. In particular nothing said by any sales person or Third Party venue / theatre or Ticket Agent on behalf of us should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature of the tickets offered. We accept no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.

 

Invalidity

  1. If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
